Where do you ship from?

We ship from France.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests after this time will be refused. Your order may be returned for a full refund upon receipt.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments and more. Check the footer menu.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and sale periods it may take longer to process your order. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 3-6 business days to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 12 working days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes in Euros, which means that you may have to pay for duties once you receive your order. Import duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country. What if the item(s) I received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or faulty goods. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant information once you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received your refund yet, you can do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
